Privacy Policy
How Brandintellé accesses, uses, stores and shares Meta user data.
This privacy policy covers Brandintellé’s integration with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram advertising). Brandintellé uses Meta’s official Marketing API to retrieve advertising data for analytics and reporting in our application. We do not access Meta data through unofficial or undocumented means.
Meta Marketing API
Data is retrieved only through Meta's supported Marketing API, scoped to what you authorize for your linked ad accounts.
Read-only access
All access to your Meta Ads data is read-only. We use this information solely to display analytics and reports — we do not create, edit, or delete campaigns, creatives, or account settings through these APIs.
Your consent via Facebook Login
We access Meta Ads data only after you sign in with Facebook Login and explicitly grant the permissions we request. You can review the requested permissions before approving.
Revoke access anytime
You may remove Brandintellé's access at any time in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations) or in Meta Business Settings. Removing access stops further data retrieval immediately, subject to Meta's systems.
Data protection & security
All data retrieved via Meta APIs is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2/1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We apply strict role-based access controls, vulnerability scanning, and secure server architecture so your authorization credentials and reporting metrics are protected against unauthorized access. Brandintellé is SOC 1 Type 1 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
Data retention & deletion
We store Meta API data only as long as necessary to render analytics and historical campaign reports for your active account. When you revoke access or request account termination, stored authorization tokens and synced metrics are permanently deleted from our primary systems within 30 days. Encrypted backups are purged on their normal rotation cycle.
No sale, sharing, or ads use
We do not sell your Meta user data, do not share it with third parties for their independent use, and do not use it to serve ads — including personalized or retargeted advertising. Data is used only to provide the analytics and reporting features of our service.
Meta user data accessed
Our application accesses your basic profile details (name and email address), the Meta ad accounts you authorize, and their campaign, ad set and ad performance and spend data, in order to render analytics dashboards.
Meta Platform Terms compliance
Brandintellé’s use of information received from Meta’s APIs adheres to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
How to delete your data
To delete your Meta data from Brandintellé, email privacy@brandintelle.com from the email linked to your account with the subject 'Delete my Meta data', or remove Brandintellé from your Facebook Business integrations settings. We delete stored access tokens and synced Meta data from our primary systems within 30 days and confirm by email.
