Why we built Brandintellé
After years inside enterprise marketing operations, we saw the same broken pattern everywhere. So we built the layer that was missing.
After spending years inside enterprise marketing operations in India, we saw the same pattern everywhere: brilliant marketing strategies undermined by operational chaos. The dirty commercial management work — budgets, plans, sourcing, proofs, invoices — nobody wanted to do it, but everybody had to. And when it broke, finance became the villain for asking reasonable questions.
The friction wasn't between marketing and finance. It was caused by a missing layer: no governed operational truth that both sides could trust.
We built Brandintellé to be that layer. Not another marketing tool. Not another finance system. A shared operating layer connecting:
India-first. Built for Indian enterprise complexity. We understand GST compliance, regional dealer networks, shared-cost structures, and the specific workflows of Auto, FMCG, AlcoBev, and Consumer Care enterprises.
The friction wasn't between marketing and finance. It was caused by a missing layer — no governed operational truth that both sides could trust.
Our mission is to make marketing the most governed, most visible, and most accountable commercial function in every enterprise we work with.
A future where marketing operations runs with the same rigour, transparency, and control as finance — in every large organisation globally.
Our Values
Curious
We never assume the current way is the right way. Every broken workflow is a question worth asking — and every customer conversation is a chance to learn something that rewrites how we build.
Connected
We sit at the intersection of marketing, finance, and technology — and we build for all three. Our platform works because our team understands each side's language, pressure, and pace.
Committed
Enterprise software is hard. Changing how large organisations govern their marketing spend is harder. We show up for both — with the same rigour we ask our customers to bring to their operations.
Courageous
We built a category that didn't exist. We told large enterprises their marketing operations were broken when no one else would say it out loud. We'll keep saying the uncomfortable true thing — in our product, our conversations, and our culture.

2 minutes that explain why Brandintellé exists.
Our Culture
We're not a typical software company. We're a team of operators who got tired of watching marketing operations fail — and decided to fix it.
We move at enterprise speed — which means fast, but never reckless
Our customers run complex, high-stakes operations. We build and ship with urgency but never compromise on accuracy. Every feature we release has been tested against real enterprise workflows.
Ownership without ego
Everyone on this team owns their domain completely. There's no 'that's not my job' here. When something breaks — in the product or in a customer relationship — we fix it together, fast.
Builders who understand the business
Our engineers have sat in customer calls. Our CS team has filed bug reports. We don't separate 'technical' from 'business' — the people who build Brandintellé understand exactly who they're building it for.
Direct, not political
We say what we think. We disagree in the room and commit outside it. We give customers honest feedback even when it’s uncomfortable. And we expect the same in return.
Our Tradition
We're a company with a history of innovation. We introduced agency media workflow automation linked to a centrally updated media database in 1995. Over the past 2 decades, we've serviced over 1,200 ad agencies. Our experience covers broadcast management, out-of-home workflow, publication ad management, digital, PR and marketing department workflows, in addition to agency workflow automation. We have serviced the Indian, SAARC, and Middle Eastern markets.
Voices from the team.
The people building Brandintellé, in their own words.
We didn't build Brandintellé because the technology was missing. We built it because the governance was missing. Every large organisation we spoke to had the same problem — marketing spend happening faster than anyone could track it. We decided that was worth fixing, properly.
The most underestimated risk in any large enterprise is the gap between what marketing commits and what finance can see. Brandintellé was built to close that gap permanently — not with a dashboard, but with a governed system that both sides can trust.
Every conversation we have with a prospect starts the same way — they know something is broken, they just haven't had the language to describe it. The moment we show them the chain from budget to impact, they stop asking what we do and start asking when they can start.
Going live is not the milestone we celebrate. The milestone is six months later, when a finance team closes the month without a single reconciliation crisis, or when a CMO can answer a board question about spend without calling three people first. That's when we know the platform has taken root.
We are building a category, not just a product. That means every piece of content we put out has to do two things — explain what marketing governance is, and make it obvious why the absence of it is expensive. Once people understand the problem clearly, Brandintellé becomes the obvious answer.
The hardest engineering problem we solve is not the integration with SAP or the geo-validation logic. It is making a system that governs complex enterprise workflows feel effortless to the person using it. The complexity has to be invisible. The control has to feel natural.
Marketing governance at enterprise scale means thousands of transactions, approvals, and data points moving simultaneously across brands, regions, and vendors. The backend has to hold all of that without a single crack. Every architectural decision we make is built around one principle — the system has to be as reliable as the financial data it governs.
The people using Brandintellé are not developers. They are finance controllers, brand managers, and procurement heads who need to make fast, high-stakes decisions. The interface has to give them exactly what they need, exactly when they need it, with zero ambiguity. Good frontend on an enterprise governance platform is not decoration — it is accountability made visible.
Every feature we ship starts with one question — does this give a marketing or finance team member more clarity, or does it add to their cognitive load? If the answer is the latter, we go back. The product has to reduce the work of governance, not become another thing to manage.
Enterprise software fails quietly. A number is off by one, an approval routes to the wrong person, a provision posts to the wrong period — and no one notices until the quarter closes. Our job is to make sure Brandintellé never fails quietly. Every edge case we catch in testing is a financial error we prevent in production.
Running finance for a platform that governs marketing finance gives you a particular kind of clarity. We use our own system. When I say Brandintellé gives finance teams confidence, I am not speaking from a sales deck. I am speaking from our own month-end close.
The people who thrive here are the ones who are genuinely bothered by problems that others have accepted as normal. We are solving something that has been broken in large organisations for decades. That requires patience, conviction, and a team that believes the category they are building is worth building.
